One to one, every visit.

Our physiotherapists and health practitioners work with a client centered approach, so your treatment is built around your condition rather than around one technique. Postural alignment and kinesiology are taken into account, advanced manual therapy is used where it helps, and the team keeps taking post graduate courses to stay up to date in the field. The clinic is newly renovated and the equipment is new, which is how we aim to accelerate your recovery.

Treatments for pain and movement.

Physiotherapy, registered massage therapy and a set of specialist programs for the head, spine and balance system, so a plan can be built around what is actually wrong. Virtual appointments are available, and the clinic invests in advanced equipment to speed recovery.

I have had a really positive experience at this physio clinic! I first saw Derek for ongoing leg pain and biomechanical issues, and he was extremely helpful in identifying what was going on and explaining everything clearly. Later, I worked with Caner, who helped me with orthotics and is continuing to correct those biomechanical issues.

I was very happy with my experience, from Josie who always made sure you were comfortable and Derek, an excellent listener, who helped me through my pain and made a great improvement. He also provided a plan for me to continue improving and stay pain free on my own.

I've been a client for a few years now, and Derek, Carol, Josie and Tony have all provided excellent services and treatment. Laser therapy, RF, and acupuncture have helped me to manage better chronic knee and hand/thumb joint pain. Carol and Derek provide a high level of knowledge and expertise.

I had an excellent experience with Derek and his amazing team. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Derek took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that really worked.
